Here’s a simple family favorite #recipe we wanted to SHARE with you as #Easter is just around the corner. Try our recipe for Easter Resurrection Cake and enjoy this holiday!
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 16 oz. sour cream
- (4) 6 oz packages of unsweetened frozen coconut
- 1 cup of sugar
Bake cake per instructions on box of cake for two 9 inch round layers. Let cool. Cut each layer in half. Mix together sour cream, sugar & 3 packages of coconut. Spread between layers and top of cake. Use last package of coconut to sprinkle on top! Cover with wax paper and tin foil, then let sit in fridge for 3 days. Resurrect it on Easter Sunday and enjoy!
